Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the excursion will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the excursion are non-refundable.
- In the event of bad weather or operator cancellation, customers will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
- Please arrive on time for your excursion. Missed departures may be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable.
