At Nic Nack’s Excursions Lanzarote, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Customer Cancellations
All cancellation and date change requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled excursion start time.
Cancellations or date change requests received less than 48 hours before the excursion start time will result in the booking deposit being non-refundable.
Date Changes
Date changes requested more than 48 hours before the excursion start time will be accommodated where possible and are subject to availability.
No Shows
Customers who fail to attend their excursion or designated pickup point without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will not be entitled to a refund of their deposit.
Weather Conditions & Excursion Cancellations
Occasionally excursions may be altered, postponed or cancelled due to weather conditions, operational requirements, safety concerns or circumstances beyond the excursion provider’s control.
Where an official weather warning or unsafe conditions prevent an excursion from operating, customers will be offered an alternative date where available or receive a full refund.
If an alternative date is not suitable, a full refund will be issued.
Nic Nack’s Excursions Lanzarote and the excursion provider reserve the right to amend or cancel excursions where necessary for the safety of customers and staff.
Transfer Services
Pickup times and locations are arranged by the excursion provider. Customers are responsible for arriving at their confirmed pickup point on time.
