Nic Nack’s Excursions – Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will vary per tour and will always be displayed in euros.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by the provider.
The balance is paid on the day of the excursion, either in cash or by card depending on the tour provider.
All bookings are subject to availability and should be made in advance to avoid disappointment, especially during peak season.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a deposit refund depending on the tour provider’s policy.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the excursion will result in the loss of your deposit.
If the excursion is cancelled by the provider due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
Transport
Many of our tours include pickup from main resorts (Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise, Playa Blanca).
Please check your booking confirmation for the exact pickup location and time.
If your excursion does not include transport, make sure to arrive at the departure point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.
For tours that include hotel pickup, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are waiting at the agreed location.
Liability
Nic Nack’s Excursions acts as a booking agent for local tour providers and is not the direct operator of excursions.
All excursions are run by trusted partners such as Low Cost Tours Lanzarote, Seatours Lanzarote, Catlanza, Lanzabuggy, and others.
Each provider has their own insurance and safety standards, and you participate in all excursions at your own risk.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your personal belongings are safe during the excursion. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow safety instructions at all times.
Any medical conditions or special requirements should be disclosed at the time of booking.
Children & Families
Age restrictions and child pricing vary per tour – please refer to each product page.
Infants may travel free on some tours but must still be included in the booking for capacity reasons.
Last-Minute Bookings
If you are booking within 24 hours of a tour, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability before sending your deposit.
